Phineas and Ferb
Phineas and Ferb is an American animated comedy series created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh for Disney Channel and Disney XD. Produced by Disney Television Animation, the series premiered on August 17, 2007, after the premiere of High School Musical 2, and was rerun on September 28, 2007; The series premiered on February 1, 2008, on the Disney Channel and ran until June 12, 2015.
The series follows Phineas Flynn and his brother Ferb Fletcher, who are eight and ten years old, as they go on summer vacation. Every day the boys start a new big project, which is often not suitable for the age of the protagonists (and sometimes physically impossible). This angers their sister Candace, who keeps trying to expose him to Phineas' mother, Linda Flynn-Fletcher, and rarely to Ferb's father, Lawrence Fletcher. THEAZNEWS This process follows the design process; Running gags appear in every episode, and the law almost always features Phineas and Ferb like Perry, who works as a spy named "Agent P" for the O.W.C.A. (Organization Without Cool Notes) to win Dr. the latest business. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, an angry scientist who wants to admit his crimes, often overcomes his own doubts. The two plan to end up coming together to explain everything about the men's work before Candace reveals it to their mother, much to Candace's dismay.
Povenmire and Marsh have worked together on Fox's The Simpsons and Nickelodeon's Rocko's Modern Life. The authors of the two main B-plots, Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram. Phineas and Ferb conceived when Povenmire gave birth to a triangular boy—a metaphor for Phineas—in a restaurant. Povenmire and Marsh produced the series together and it aired for 16 years before landing on the Disney Channel. On January 13, 2023, Disney Branded Television announced at the Television Critics Association that the show would be renewed for two seasons with a total of 40 episodes.
